Basseterre, Saint Kitts (Public Infrastructure News) – The Saint Kitts Water Services Department (WSD) informs the general public that the department’s office located at Needsmust will close at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, May 12, 2026.
Please note that this closure applies only to the Needsmust office location. Customer service operations will continue at the WSD outlet located at the Post Office.
Customers may also make payments via cooperating financial institutions or the online payment platform on the water.gov.kn website.
Regular business hours will resume at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, May 13, 2025.
The WSD sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.
