Basseterre, St. Kitts (MoPIEUDT NEWS) – The Roads and Drains Division (R&D) of the Public Works Department (PWD) in the Ministry of Public Infrastructure, Energy, Utilities, and Domestic Transport is continuing its work to maintain and upgrade the roads and drains around the island. The R&D with the following activities:
