Basseterre, St. Kitts (MoPIEUDT NEWS) – The St. Kitts Water Services Department (WSD) continues its internal activities to commemorate World Water Day (March 22) with the inaugural Three Stone Cook-Off Competition, dubbed Soup-Off.
On Friday, March 28, 2025, at 9 a.m., three teams from the St. Kitts Water Services Department (Groundwater, Administration/Customer Service, and Distribution and Maintenace) will compete alongside one from the Nevis Water Services at the grounds of the St. Kitts Water Services Department in Needsmust.
The teams will have four hours to prepare a soup dish that must include breadfruit and carrots. Teams can determine all other ingredients they wish to include. On completion, they will present their dishes to a panel of judges, including Chef Kenneth Bobb, who will determine whose dish takes the top prize.
The event will be closed to the public, but MoPIEUDT NEWS will bring you the results of this one-of-a-kind competition.
