Basseterre, St. Kitts (MoPIEUDT NEWS) – The St. Kitts Water Services Department (WSD) regrettably informs the general public of unplanned (emergency) service interruptions at Beacon Heights, Dewars, Earl Morne and Half Moon. The interruptions stem from reduced water levels in the storage tanks that service the areas.
In Earl Morne and Half Moon, the team identified additional ruptures in the water line after the completion of repairs on Wednesday, July 2, 2025. Accordingly, it will address the issue with the utmost priority.
The WSD estimates service restoration by 6 a.m. on Friday, July 4, and sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience arising from the interruptions.
