Basseterre, St. Kitts (MoPIEUDT NEWS) – The St. Kitts Water Services Department (WSD) wishes to inform the general public that service was restored to Harris’ Village, Saddlers, Lavington, Parsons, and Dieppe Bay, at 5 a.m. on Monday, August 18, 2025, following the interruption on Sunday, August 17, 2025, due to electrical issues in those areas.
However, the WSD advises that water service in Parsons and Saddlers may be further interrupted on Monday, August 18, 2025, around 1 p.m., because of the limited quantity of water in the storage tank. The team will continue to monitor the water level throughout the day and provide an appropriate update in due course.
The WSD also advises that customers in Cayon may experience low water pressure on Monday, August 18, 2025, due to system troubleshooting activities that its team is undertaking in the area.
